Personal training allows you to have face to face personalised sessions with me. With over 30 pieces of equipment and attachments and a secure home gym environment away from any distractions. Paired with nutrition support.

Information

Where: My Home Gym in Inverclyde

When: Monday-Friday before 8am, Tuesday and Thursday 6pm and after, Saturday all day. Each session lasts for 1 hour.

Who is this most suitable for: This is most suitable for people who have specific goals in mind for example: losing weight, building muscle, improving performance for a fitness test (ie for the police) or even to improve their confidence in using gym equipment. This is an excellent option for people who may experience gym anxiety. Suitable for all fitness levels.

1-1 Personalised sessions

Your sessions will be tailored to your ability and goals. Each one being interactive and easily adaptable due to the variety of equipment.

 

Nutrition Guidance

Nutrition is a vital component to achieving your fitness goals, that’s why guidance will always be given.

 
 

Exercise guidance

I will also give exercise guidance outwith your personal training session to speed up your progress.

Meet Kristina:

Cameron put me at ease from the very first day when I signed up for personal training. I was so scared to tell him my weight but he told me a number doesn’t define my worth and he was right. From my first 1-2-1 session, I didn’t feel shamed for being unfit and overweight, I felt valued…and that’s why I returned.

Cameron takes a person-centred approach and tailors everything depending on what you want to achieve. He is extremely knowledgeable and is able to adapt things depending on the person, always reviewing and reflecting in order to get the best results.

Despite having lots of clients, he always gives 100%. He is fully committed to helping you get to where you want to go and works closely with you along the way, especially on the days where you feel like giving up.

I get so much out of the 1-2-1 sessions and always leave on a high. Even when I’m having an ‘off’ day/week/month, Cameron has a way of making me feel motivated and helps me to refocus without any judgement. I’ve realised that personal training is so much more than just an exercise plan. Its an investment in yourself and it’s been the best money I’ve ever spent.

I’ve got to places I’d have never have dreamt of and realised I’m much more capable than I give myself credit for. I just needed the right coach. Cameron’s helped me to see my potential and makes the impossible seem possible.

Meet Karl:

I’ve been taking 1 to 1 sessions with Cameron now for the last 12 months and these have allowed me to reach my weight and fitness goals. Cameron has been able to provide excellent fitness coaching as well guidance and advice on nutrition and calorie intake which has results in a 3 stone weight loss. My fitness and strength have both improved since starting these sessions.
