Personal training allows you to have face to face personalised sessions with me. With over 30 pieces of equipment and attachments and a secure home gym environment away from any distractions. Paired with nutrition support.
Information
Where: My Home Gym in Inverclyde
When: Monday-Friday before 8am, Tuesday and Thursday 6pm and after, Saturday all day. Each session lasts for 1 hour.
Who is this most suitable for: This is most suitable for people who have specific goals in mind for example: losing weight, building muscle, improving performance for a fitness test (ie for the police) or even to improve their confidence in using gym equipment. This is an excellent option for people who may experience gym anxiety. Suitable for all fitness levels.
1-1 Personalised sessions
Your sessions will be tailored to your ability and goals. Each one being interactive and easily adaptable due to the variety of equipment.
Nutrition Guidance
Nutrition is a vital component to achieving your fitness goals, that’s why guidance will always be given.
Exercise guidance
I will also give exercise guidance outwith your personal training session to speed up your progress.
