Fit for Life Classes

Fit for Life Classes are specifically designed to help you get fit, toned and lean and sustain it.

Dumbbells, skipping ropes, battle ropes and kettlebells are frequently seen but don’t worry every class is different to keep you guessing! You will be pushed but with the friendly community and fun classes you’ll thoroughly enjoy it making consistency easy.

Classes

Monday

Where: Gourock Baptist Church, 4 King Street
Gourock, PA19 1PU

When: 5:40pm-6:25pm and 6:30pm-7:15pm

What to bring: All you’ll need is an exercise mat, a water bottle and yourself.

Wednesday

Where: Gourock Baptist Church, 4 King Street
Gourock, PA19 1PU

When: 5:40pm-6:25pm and 6:30pm-7:15pm

What to bring: All you’ll need is an exercise mat, a water bottle, a kettlebell and yourself.

Kettlebell weights typically vary between 3kg-10kg depending on ability so it might be worthwhile coming to your first session without one to try one provided before buying one.

Friday

Where: Wemyss Bay Community Centre, Ardgowan Rd, Wemyss Bay, PA18 6AT

When: 6:30pm-7:30pm

What to bring: All you’ll need is an exercise mat, a water bottle and yourself.

  • Our classes are suitable for all abilities and ages. If you feel specifically concerned about your ability just contact us and we’ll be sure to advise

  • This is most suitable for people looking to burn extra calories in order to aid weight loss and building muscle. This can also be really valuable for anyone looking for cross training due to its variety of exercises. Suitable for a wide variety of fitness levels and ages.

  • The classes will definitely help you towards your goals however

    If you are looking for a bit more contact time with me and individualisation then maybe Small Group Personal Training or 1-1 Personal Training is more suitable.

Meet Martin:

I started bootcamp in June 2019 and within that time period I have lost 32 pounds. The classes are fun, supportive and friendly.

Meet Amanda:

Cameron’s bootcamp classes are so much more than a great workout. It’s a safe, welcoming environment for people of all ages & abilities to come together & exercise, improve their wellbeing physically & mentally & have fun whilst doing it. Cameron has a wealth of knowledge fitness wise, but his greatest gift is his compassion & patience & kindness towards everyone he meets & he supports & encourages us all in & out of classes. I can honestly say his bootcamp is the main thing that got me through lockdown & beyond.
